At GEC Living, Vancouver's largest off-campus student accommodation provider, we delivered a comprehensive technology solution designed to enhance security and connectivity. Recognizing the challenges faced by students in one of Canada's most expensive cities, we implemented a Keyscan access control system, empowering staff with remote management and monitoring capabilities. To ensure seamless connectivity, we provided full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire complex. Furthermore, we installed a robust CCTV camera network and an enterphone system, creating a safe and secure living environment for GEC's diverse student population, aligning with their vision of being the preferred accommodation provider in Vancouver.
